Refund Policy
At NOCKIES, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Our refund policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind when ordering our furniture items. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully:
Order Placement and Cancellation:
- Upon placing an order with NOCKIES, customers have 24 hours to cancel their order and receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellation requests received after this 24-hour window may be subject to processing fees or partial refunds, depending on the stage of production.
- The refund amount after cancellation will be calculated and communicated within 3 working days and refunds will be processed within 14 business days
Manufacturing and Delivery:
- All our furniture pieces are made to order, ensuring the highest quality craftsmanship and personalized attention to detail.
- Once an order is placed, a work order is generated, and manufacturing begins promptly.
- Our standard production and delivery time is 7 working days from the receipt of the order.
- Customers will receive updates regarding the status of their order throughout the manufacturing
process.
Damaged Goods:
- In the unlikely event that your furniture arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including weekends, to report the damage.
- We require clear photographic evidence of the damage to initiate the refund process.
- Upon verification of the damage, please deliver the damaged item to our workshop and shall issue a 100% refund, minus processing fees, OR offer a replacement, according to your preference.
- Refunds for damaged goods, upon verification, will be processed promptly, typically within 14 business days of the receipt of your request.
Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- Please allow 14 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
- If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Exclusions and Limitations:
- Refunds will not be provided for damage resulting from improper handling, misuse, or neglect after delivery.
- NOCKIES reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if the damage is reasonably deemed to be caused by the customer.
